I was flipping through posts on fitsugar (http://www.fitsugar.com/) and I came across this post on one of the newest exercise trends - Jukari. Apparently Cirque du Soleil and Reebok have teamed up to create a new way of moving. I can not even begin to describe this so here is a video.
